On February 20th, we held the kick-off meeting of the AGROŠUMEKO project, bringing together team members to officially launch the initiative and outline the roadmap for the upcoming implementation period. During the meeting, the project’s financial scheme and budget structure were presented in detail to ensure a clear understanding of financial responsibilities, reporting procedures, and planned resource allocation among all participants.
In addition to the financial overview, the consortium discussed the main project objectives, expected results, and the timeline of key activities planned for the following months. Particular attention was given to the coordination of tasks, communication procedures, and the division of responsibilities between partners in order to ensure efficient project management and successful implementation.
The meeting also provided an opportunity for team members to exchange ideas, align expectations, and agree upon the next operational steps and future activities.
